This policy explains what happens to your information when you use nicetocard.shop. It is short because the site does very little with data.

1. What this site collects on its own

Nothing that identifies you. The site is a set of static pages. It sets no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking scripts and no third-party embeds. Fonts, styles and scripts are served from this domain only.

2. Local storage in your browser

The shopping cart is kept in your own browser using local storage so it survives a page refresh. It contains the products you added and their quantities. It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and you can clear it at any time by emptying the cart or clearing your browser data.

3. What we receive when you contact us

When you send an order or a message, it goes through your own email app to an address on this domain. We then receive what you chose to send: your name, email address, the game ID or username you provide, the products and the notes. We use it only to answer you and to fulfil the order.

4. What we do not do

  • We do not run analytics, profiling or advertising.
  • We do not sell or rent your details.
  • We do not ask for game account passwords, and you should never send one.
  • We do not use cookies for tracking. There are no cookie banners because there are no tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep messages

Order and support emails are kept while the order is active and afterwards for as long as needed to handle refunds, disputes or accounting. You can ask us to delete your correspondence when there is no open order or legal reason to keep it.

6. Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties, except where we are required to by law, or with the payment provider you choose if that is necessary to process a payment you asked for.

7. Your rights

You can ask what correspondence we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Contact support@nicetocard.shop and we will respond within a reasonable period.

8. Children

This storefront is not directed at children. If a purchase is made by someone under the age required by their local law, it should be done with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Continued use of the site after that means you accept the updated version.
